About this programme

Our sales professionals bring value to our business, using judgement, critical thinking, and insight to develop complex, long-term solutions. We’ve got ambitious targets for growth and we want you to help us meet them.

When you join our programme you will immediately start working towards your bachelor’s degree in business-to-business sales.

What you'll learn

  • Undertake formal management training to build leadership skills
  • Experience account management and business development in the field and office
  • Gain knowledge from professional sales managers
  • Apply what you’ve learned to live sales environments
  • Complete the Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship leading to B2B Sales Professional (Bachelor’s Degree).

Salary

£19,000 per year (£1,583pm) starting salary rising annually on passing end point assessments to £25,000 (£2,083pm). Bonus potential of up to 10% each year and benefits.

If successful, you’ll start the three-year programme on Monday 16th September 2019.

Entry criteria

You have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C/Level 4 including English and Maths plus 2 A levels (or equivalent). You have relevant IT skills and excellent communications skills. You are available to start work in September 2019. You are eligible to work in the UK.
